The Diamond Council of America presents a unique opportunity to enhance the skills of your sales team with a “DCA Live” presentation of the Advanced Jewelry Sales course!
This half-day program, presented by Kate Peterson and the education team from DCA, will provide students with a clear and methodical path through a selling process that resonates with today’s informed and demanding consumer – a path that can be adapted to a wide variety of products and sales situations.
The course begins with a series of lessons that examine primary components of the jewelry-selling equation – customers, the buying experience, branding, and dealing with changes that affect the work of jewelry retailing. The second section of the course spotlights key product categories – bridal jewelry, women’s fashion jewelry, men’s designs, custom work, estate pieces, and watches – in self-study material that will be made available to enrollees well in advance of the August program for review either before or after the classroom experience.
After successfully completing this course, your sales associates will be able to:
- Close more and bigger sales.
- Build stronger relationships with customers.
- Work more effectively with all types of fine jewelry consumers.
